Scot Storjohann is Senior Vice President in the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, with a focus on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions.

Mr. Storjohann joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2016 with more than 30 years of ESOP and qualified plan service experience. Before joining GreatBanc, Mr. Storjohann was Vice President and Managing Director for Bankers Trust Company ESOP Services, and16 years with the Principal Financial Group.

Education

Scot earned a bachelor of arts in business management, and a degree in communication from Central College. He is a member of the ESOP Association, its Interdisciplinary Advisory Committee on Fiduciary Issues, as well as its Executive Committee of the Iowa/Nebraska Chapter. Mr. Storjohann is also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership. He is a regular speaker at local, regional and national ESOP conferences and seminars.

Expertise

Scot represents GreatBanc as trustee for ongoing trustee relationships and as trustee for a wide variety of ESOP transactions (new, subsequent transactions, refinancing, stock and asset sales, terminations, etc.). He works with companies covering a wide variety of sizes, industries, complexities and geographic locations.
