Prior to joining Aegis, Maureen served as Senior Vice President for a large institutional trustee. She has 17 years of experience as a valuation professional. She served as the Managing Director of ESOP Advisory Services at a regional CPA firm and is constantly in front of current issues that the ESOP community faces.
