Adele McLean joined ERISA Advisory Group in 2023 following an extensive career in executive leadership roles within high-tech companies and consulting firms. Adele's strong communication skills, financial acumen, and strategic thinking make her a valuable asset in fiduciary capacities. She has successfully managed and overseen ESOP transactions, including initial formations, sales,
mergers, and ongoing trustee administration.

Her meticulous oversight of fiduciary responsibilities ensures strict compliance with regulatory requirements while safeguarding the interests of employee-owners. Adele's approach to ESOPs is rooted in her comprehensive understanding of business operations and financial analysis. Adele is dedicated to ensuring the effective management and long-term success of ESOPs, leveraging her extensive experience and strategic mindset to benefit all stakeholders involved.

Education

ERISA Advisory Group has 30 years of ERISA compliance experience, and we have served as independent trustee to over 200 ESOP transactions in the history of our firm. Adele received her B.S. in Business Administration and Master’s in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a North Carolina CPA (inactive status).
